Mini Gacha Shop 3D Assets produces the collectible toy models used by the game and turns their creation into a process that can be regenerated and validated consistently.

The work covers more than appearance. Polygon count, shape degradation, vertex colors, export results, and the final Roblox presentation are treated as one production pipeline.

Production pipeline

  1. Prepare a Blender generation script or authored source file.
  2. Review shape, expression, color, and silhouette.
  3. Compare polygon reduction with a directly authored low-poly model.
  4. Export GLB and check for degradation through round trips.
  5. Review icon renders from 64px through 1024px.
  6. Import into Roblox and validate scale and presentation in the game environment.

Priorities

  • Each toy remains recognizable at small icon sizes.
  • The design stays cute without adding unnecessary parts.
  • Blender, GLB, and Roblox preserve the same overall impression.
  • Assets can be regenerated and compared without relying entirely on manual editing.
  • Failed shapes and settings are recorded together with their causes.

Current status

A stuffed bear model is the current reference for testing mesh consolidation, protected facial features, flat-clean shading, and icon output.

Rabbit, car, and airplane assets are being brought under the same production rules. Placement, collision, streaming, and runtime performance remain separate responsibilities of the Roblox game implementation.
